Much to my regret, I write to lodge a complaint agai t the travel agency. Suffering from too much pre ure brought by the quickening pace of modern life I wanted to have some relaxation by traveling. But the tour made me feel even worse and I really feel regretful. I would never take such tours again. Next time I will think twice before I make the decision on which travel agency to choose.    The reaso  why I didn't enjoy myself during the tour are as follows: Firstly, the guide was really arrogant. He didn't a wer the questio  I asked. Secondly, the accommodatio  were different from what I imagined. Moreover, the travel agency failed to live up to what it had promised. The route of travel was changed.    In a word, it was really a bitter experience. There's much room for improvement for the travel agency.
